When do orders ship?
All orders usually ship out within 1 business day.
What shipping method is used?
All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. You will be able to choose between First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Express Mail during the checkout process.
How much is shipping?
Standard first class shipping on all orders, regardless of quantity, are free to anywhere in the world.

What products can be exchanged?
Anything purchased from UltraSaves.com may be exchanged besides "Send In Service" items.
How long do I have to exchange a product?
Our exchange policy is 60 days on defective or non-working products. All exchanges must be for the exact same product that was originally purchased from our website.
How do I exchange my order?

What products can be returned?
Because of the nature of many of our products, we generally do not offer returns (only exchanges). Video game controllers may be returned if the insides are NOT opened or tempered with in anyway. Opening the controller will void the warranty.
What products cannot be returned?
Memory cards, storage devices, Unlocked Games, Loaded Games and "Send In Service" items may not be returned (Please see our Exchange Policy).

What is the cost of shipping outside the United States?
Standard First Class shipping is free to anywhere in the world.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery for international orders. Packages can sometimes get held up in customs which will extend the time in transit.
What about duties and import tax?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
